Sign into the remote access ( with your school username and password:


Open the Student Password Reset application:


Enter the student username:

Students should know their usernames but if they do not then they follow this example:

John Smith – Stu.J.Smith

If there are duplicate accounts you will be able to select from the list on the right:


Type in a new password for the account ensuring you untick the Force Password Change at Logon box. If this box is ticked users cannot sign into Office 365 or laptops

Click Change Password.


It can take up to 30 minutes for passwords to sync to office 365 although it is usually 2 minutes.

Restart the student laptop if device still will not sign in
