There is a feature on Teams where you can share screen share with another member of staff, this is a feature that will allow you to have a meeting with someone but they are also able to see your screen so you can be able to collaborate on work.


This can be done by going to the chat of who you would like to screen share with and in the top right of the window there be a button that shows an arrow pointing upward into a box


Clicking on this will then allow them to get a notification that you want to share your screen with them and when they accept your request then you can then go through with what is on your screen and the chat will still be there so you can chat in there and make notes for later.
