Here is an easy to follow guide to adding the Ipsley staff calendar to Outlook.


First navigate to your calendars by clicking the calendar symbol in the bottom left hand corner of Outlook just below your emails symbol.



Next open the folder pane by clicking the small arrow in the top left hand corner. It will be above your calendar symbol here:



Once open you'll be greeted by your collection of calendars and calendar folders. In the collection will be an option called Shared Calendars. Right click Shared Calendars then hover over the Add Calendars option and finally click the From Address Book Option.



A new Dialog box will open in the search bar type 'ipsschool' and enter. A new option called 'Ipsley CE Academy - School Calendar' click it then click OK.


The Ipsley school calendar will then be added to your calendars.
