All members of staff and students within the Central RSA Academies trust are entitled to 5 free copies of office to be installed onto their personal devices, this guide provides all the required steps needed to download and install Office.


1. Open your preferred browser, i.e. google chrome and type in the URL Office.com and press enter.


 

2. This will load a login page for office 365, click on ‘sign in’

3. Enter your school email address as the username and school password as the password.

4. Once signed in you will be taken to the landing page of office 365

5. Once on the office 365 landing page, in the top right-hand corner there is an option to ‘Install office’ 





6. Click ‘Install office’ and from the drop down menu select ‘office 365 apps’





7. The setup file will automatically download, run this file and follow the instructions provided and office will be installed onto your device.
