adding the school calendar to Outlooks calendar is done by opening the calendar then looking at the pop out panel on the left hand side of the window.

Then right click "My Calendars" and it will come up with a pop up menu.

Then go to across to "open shared calendar"

click on that then a pop up menu will appear.

Then type into the text box "avaschool" then click "ok"

Then double click the "AVASchoolCalendar" then click "ok" then the School calendar will appear on Outlook
